fixed for 3 years, and where we would be totally responsible for this service. By delivering a total solution of hardware (where we replace all hardware from desktops
to servers to printers with brand new high specification equipment), system software, full support covering all aspects from server to end user and daily maintenance
coupled with a disaster recovery package we believe we offer a service not generally available to the 20 to 200 user market.
In the 7 years Intellidata have offered the service not one customer has cancelled their contract and as a company we rank in the top 5% of all UK Microsoft Gold
