In the year 2000 Intellidata embarked on offering Managed Service solutions based on the approach to IT which has been evolving in the corporate sector since the 1980’s.

The basis for our change to offering such solutions was borne out of the unsatisfactory IT solutions we were endeavouring to support, where fundamentally there was no strategy and investment in IT was at best patchy. Our general belief was that IT was not being seen as business solution that could aid the performance of a company.

In fairness to most companies there was a tendency to be suspicious of new IT systems based on the fact that all too often the investments that had been made had failed to deliver value. Our approach was radically different in that we offered to undertake the financial investment in systems, implement the solution and only when the system was operational did the company have to make a simple monthly payment, thereby considerably reducing risk.

Our intention is to bring stable, professional IT solutions to companies with between 20 and 200 desktop computers, where we accept responsibility for the performance of these systems.
