This approach has had immense benefit for our customers in that it is offering us the ability to solve problems in minutes rather than the hours and days that users have historically had to wait to rectify problems.
If the need arises, we extend our first class service to visiting our customers on site within hours or at worst, the same day. One statistic that satisfies our customers is that 98% of all problems are rectified remotely, but that is down to having the right infrastructure with very competent people operating it.
