Intellidata are now into their 21st year of dealing with IM&T professionals within non acute Trusts. Throughout this whole period our focus has always been on systems engineering and the supply and support of server infrastructures. In recent years this has been widened to encompass the establishment of remote sites and the complex communications links required to integrate those sites into the Trust.

We realised many years ago that there was a need to offer a service which integrated IT and Comms and accepted total responsibility. The benefits a Trust will get by dealing with Intellidata are that all systems engineers that work on their systems are just that - ‘engineers’, every member of our staff are currently accredited Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers (MCSE), some also have accreditations from Cisco, or are graduate engineers.

Intellidata takes its responsibility seriously, we have a long history within IM&T and is respected by its customers for the commitment to our tasks, we never leave a problem until it is solved, we do not arrive at a customer site without spare equipment, and we know time is of the essence.

As a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner we are annually assessed in a customer satisfaction survey, in our most recent assessment we were ranked in the top 5% of all Gold Partners according to our customers, this we feel underlines our commitment.
